This is the cover (minus the lettering) of «Fish Lecan #5 : Maria Dorfinkley et les chats de la Colline du Parlement».
Presently, a french-canadian tv station is making a cultural reportage about this book and the cats of the Parliament's Hill. If you don't know, the cat's sanctuary of the Parliament and all the cats in this comic are real (except the size of Brownie who isn't so big). The cats of the Hill are one of the most popular official touristic attraction around the Parliament.
